Scheduled
We will perform the regular maintenance on our Resco Cloud infrastructure during this time window included the changes in the IP and DNS systems you may use to access Resco services.

What is changing?

Effective July 30th, 2022, we migrate from using Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a data sub-processor of Resco Cloud customers' data and replace it with Microsoft Azure cloud.

Related to this change, the current IP address: 35.156.126.200 (Outbound & Inbound), providing access to the Resco login page (rescocrm.com), will be deprecated and we will switch to using new IP addresses listed here:
https://docs.resco.net/wiki/Resco_Cloud_migration_(EU)

From the same date, the current DNS addresses: rescocrm.com, inspections.resco.net, and routes.resco.net, will be redirected to app.resco.net, which will serve as a universal domain for accessing Resco apps and tools.

What is not changing:

The confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data stay on the top level as Microsoft Azure provides premier cloud services.

Do you need to do anything?

Related to these changes, there might be some actions required to ensure uninterrupted and smooth access to Resco services. Please, read the full company’s statement and available documentation to learn all the details about upcoming changes:
